Atlassian do not allow us to track knowledge-base articles, but there is a workaround.
If you are already using the Google Analytics in Confluence app, both knowledge-base articles and search terms are already tracked by that app.
Though search terms from JSM cannot easily be separated from Confluence search terms, it is possible to view only the article views in JSM using the Google Analytics interface at analytics.google.com.
