Embed using the form URL

1. Copy the embed URL from the Publish screen in Cognito Forms

2. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor

   • If needed, change the width and height of the macro

3. Publish the Confluence page

1. Edit the Confluence page

2. Type /cognito and hit enter

3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro

4. Publish the Confluence page
