The Project Analytics screen has the following features:
All reporting features are available to Jira administrators and members of groups who have been given access in the Configuration Reporting screen screen.
Depending upon the project type, the menu appears in slightly different places.

In Jira Software, Project Analytics is available by selecting Google Analytics in Jira from the left hand menu:
