Embed using the form URL

  1. Press the Share icon for your survey in SurveyPlanet

  2. In the Share screen, use the Direct Link and press the “Copy” button

  3. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor

    • If needed, change the width and height of the macro

  4. Publish the Confluence page
