Embed using the form URL

1. Select Distribute, then Survey Link in the GetFeedback survey builder

2. Copy the “Live Survey” Link

3. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor

   • If needed, change the width and height of the macro

4. Publish the Confluence page

1. Edit the Confluence page

2. Type /getfeedback and hit enter

3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro

4. Publish the Confluence page
