Embed using the form URL

1. Select Share from the Action menu for your HubSpot Form

2. Copy the “Share link” from the “Embed you form” screen

3. Paste the URL into the Confluence editor

   • If needed, change the width and height of the macro

4. Publish the Confluence page

1. Edit the Confluence page

2. Type /hubspot and hit enter

3. Add the embed URL and if needed, change the width and height of the macro

4. Publish the Confluence page
