Getting Started
Thank you for your interest in Chemistry Toolkit for Confluence.
The app consists of several macros that are primarily suited to chemists, but also useful to physicists, biologists and mathematicians.
From December 2023, the cloud version of this macro is a commercial paid app.
List of macros
SMILES 2D Molecular Structure macro
Displays 2D chemical structures from SMILES text
Example:
→ How to use the SMILES 2D Molecular Structure macro
InChi 2D Molecular Structure macro
Displays 2D chemical structures from InChI text
Example:
→ How to use the InChI 2D Molecular Structure macro
3D Molecule macro
Displays 3D chemical structures from PDB or MOL files.
Example:
→ How to use the 3D Molecule macro
LaTeX macros
Display mathematical formulae and chemical equations from LaTeX and mhchem text.
→ How to use the LaTeX macros
LaTeX (Block)
For use as a block level macro
Examples:
LaTeX (Inline)
For use as an inline macro.
Confluence Cloud has some difficulties rendering inline macro consistently, so the inline macro can sometimes have unexpected results.
Table from CSV (with Rendering) macro
An advanced formatting macro for Confluence. It displays a table of data from CSV sources (attachments or remove files) and render:
2D chemical structures from SMILES text
Mathematical & chemical equations from LaTeX notation.
→ How to use the Table from CSV (with Rendering) macro
Example:
Table from Source (with Rendering) macro
An advanced formatting macro for Confluence. It displays a table of data from Confluence sources (in table-adf
format, such as a native Confluence table) and render:
2D chemical structures from SMILES text
Mathematical & chemical equations from LaTeX notation.
